"BenchOS Elevated Our AASP with Full GSX Integration and Powerful Apple Ops Tools"

What do you like best about BenchOS?

BenchOS took our AASP to the next level. We were using a local server POS that was very limited in its capabilities. BenchOS integrates the entire GSX API. What was really important for us, what Apple invoice reconciliation and being able to make sure we are getting paid all our credit memos from Apple. BenchOS is able to pull the entire ledger for review, monitor KBB's for parts return and a ton more with their Apple Ops tools. Being a cloud based POS system also allowed us to properly integrate other tools we use like Outlook calendar and Slack. We are able to take payments from our phone for onsites, and they also have a dedicated customer portal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BenchOS?

It's a bit of a pro and con, but they are constantly adding more features and pushing updates since it's so new. They are developing it while we are using it, so a couple times a day we just need to do a hard refresh, but the app also lets us know (kind of like Chat GPT or Claude), that there is an update and to refresh the app. It doesn't interrupt the business which is good. What problems is BenchOS solving and how is that benefiting you?

We now don't have to splashtop or remote in to see sales reports or call in to the store to take onsite payments or manually send calendar invites and add to different channels. We have full view of parts returns for Apple and memos and repairs. We do not have to do any double data entry or manual workarounds for anything GSX related. We run AST 2 from either desktop, tablet or phone. It really stepped up our entire Apple service side. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
