I really like BenchmarkONE for the management and ease of handling the program. I enjoy being able to automate emails, something I used to do manually and that took a lot of time. I find it especially useful to be able to measure the sales area with the indicators the software offers. Additionally, I find that BenchmarkONE is very user-friendly compared to other more complicated programs.
