What do you like best about Benchmark BMS?

Benchmark BMS brings a host of accreditation reporting requirements together in a single place. Use of Force, Pursuits, citizen complaints, Internal affairs investigations, and performance appraisals are all in the same program. And each acts like the others, so it is easy to learn. What do you dislike about Benchmark BMS?

We recently implemented the system, so we are growing with it as it grows with us. So far, no complaints. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Benchmark BMS solving and how is that benefiting you?

Collecting data on events such as use of force or vehicle pursuits is relatively simple. But using that data for meaningful analysis is not. BMS makes it much easier to make meaningful decisions based on real-world data. It also has a multi-level review process that ensures that all interested parties are informed and have the opportunity for comment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
