"Reliable booking system for a high-volume escape room business"

What do you like best about Belbo?

We have been running EXIT, one of Berlin's oldest escape room companies (since 2011), on Belbo for several years for online booking, POS and staff scheduling. With around 5,000 players a month, the system has to be reliable, and it is: online booking stays stable even at peak times. There is no commission per booking, the Berlin-based support team is fast and competent, and the API lets us analyse our own data. We now build a weekly KPI report from our Belbo data. What do you dislike about Belbo?

Some settings are designed around the logic of salons and studios, so for an escape room business a few things can only be solved with workarounds. It is manageable in our day-to-day work, but a dedicated solution for room-based bookings would be a real improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Belbo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Belbo brings online booking, POS and staff scheduling for our escape rooms together in one system. Even though it was built for salons and studios, our room-slot model can be mapped well, and the support team has always helped us quickly with special cases.
