"beket.ai - Turning AI Uncertainty Into Strategic Advantage"
5/5
What do you like best about beket ai?

What's most helpful about beket.ai?

For me, the most helpful thing is that it finally gives me visibility into something I couldn't see before. In rail projects, we track everything, timelines, budgets, technical specifications, competitor bids. But I had no way of knowing what AI engines were saying about Alstom when a client or partner asked for information. That blind spot was uncomfortable.

Beket.ai solves that by actually running queries across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and others, using the same questions our clients would ask. It shows me the responses side by side. I can see if we're mentioned, if the information is accurate, and if our competitors are getting more visibility. That kind of insight is invaluable.

The prioritized action plan is another huge help. I don't have time to interpret complex data. The platform tells me exactly what to fix first, which inaccuracies to correct, and which content gaps to close. It turns a potentially overwhelming report into a clear, manageable checklist.

I also find the Citation Gap insight particularly useful. It shows me which sources the AIs are using in our industry that don't mention Alstom. In our world, being cited in key technical reports and engineering journals is everything. This tells me exactly where to focus my team's efforts to build credibility.

What are the upsides of using beket.ai?

The biggest upside is competitive intelligence. In the rail industry, contracts are won and lost on perception and technical authority. Knowing how we compare to competitors in AI search results gives me an edge. I can see who's getting cited more often and why, then adjust our content strategy accordingly.

Another upside is risk management. When I discovered that some AI responses contained outdated or technically inaccurate information about our products, I realized this wasn't just a marketing issue, it was a risk to our reputation and our bids. Being able to identify and correct those inaccuracies proactively has given me genuine peace of mind.

It also helps with board communication. The AI Visibility Score gives me a quantifiable metric I can track over time. When I present to leadership, I can show real data about how we're being perceived in the AI space, not just anecdotes. It makes my case stronger and helps secure buy-in for content and communications investments.

Time savings are another upside. Before beket.ai, I had no systematic way to monitor this. Now I get automated reports that consolidate everything. No more scattered checking or relying on gut feeling. I can focus on what I do best, managing projects and strategy.

Finally, there's the first-mover advantage. Most of my competitors aren't paying attention to this yet. By understanding and managing our AI visibility now, we're getting ahead of the curve. When they eventually wake up to this, we'll already have a head start.

The bottom line? Beket.ai is a practical tool that delivers real value. It gives me clarity, competitive insight, and peace of mind. For someone managing high-stakes rail projects where reputation matters, that's worth a lot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about beket ai?

Before I get into the gaps, I want to be clear that I do see real value in the tool. It's given me visibility into AI search results that I couldn't get anywhere else, and that alone has been worth the investment. That said, like any young platform, there are areas where it could improve. What's encouraging, though, is that the beket.ai team has been genuinely responsive to feedback and has already mentioned that several of these items are on their feature roadmap.

The learning curve is a bit steep.

The reports are comprehensive and detailed, but they assume a certain level of familiarity with digital marketing and SEO concepts. For someone without that background, the insights can feel technical and require some interpretation. I've had to spend time understanding the methodology and terminology. The team has been helpful in providing onboarding support, and they've mentioned they're working on more educational resources and in-app guidance to make the platform more accessible.

The company is still young and small.

beket.ai was founded recently and has a small team. That brings agility and responsiveness, which I've experienced firsthand, but it also raises questions about long-term stability. For a global organization like Alstom, where we engage with vendors for years, this is always a consideration. The team has been open about their growth plans and has shared their vision for the platform, which has given me more confidence. They've also reassured us that they're building with enterprise needs in mind. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
