Befective helps us centralize the management of productivity, OKRs, and performance evaluations, which were previously scattered and difficult to measure. This gives us clear visibility of our team's performance and allows us to make decisions on where to focus to achieve objectives, who requires training or promotion, if remote work can be offered, and which collaborators are being more productive.
