What do you like best about BeepSweep?

The thing I keep coming back to is that it actually handles the conversation — not just the call. Most call-answering tools route or record. BeepSweep asks the right follow-up question, catches the name if it's unclear, reads back the phone number to confirm it. The structured data that comes out of a call is what you'd expect from a trained receptionist, not a voicemail system.

What do you dislike about BeepSweep?

Setup takes a few steps — you need to redirect your existing number, which varies by carrier. Some carriers make that easy, some don't. It's a one-time thing, but it can take 15 minutes longer than you'd expect if your carrier is uncooperative. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BeepSweep solving and how is that benefiting you?

Missed calls during working hours. A one-person or small-team service business can't be on the phone while doing the actual work. The traditional fix is a part-time receptionist or a call center — both expensive, and neither one actually knows your business.
