What do you like best about Beam?

Beam has made it really easy for me and my team to automate routine work. I use the Work feature to build agents that create product content for our catalogue, prepare and follow up with potential clients, and manage internal workflows automatically. What do you dislike about Beam?

Sometimes I need to set strong guardrails to keep the agents on track, and there aren’t enough ready-to-use templates for manufacturing or operations workflows yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Beam solving and how is that benefiting you?

Beam helps us streamline manual work and remove friction in our day-to-day operations. By building simple AI agents, we’ve automated product listing updates, meeting prep, and follow-ups — tasks that used to take hours.
