What do you like best about BATS?

Bats is an exellent piece of software if you are in Auto Transport from the Broker side. Very intuitive, excellent reporting, excellent customization, Support (Tom) is the greatest! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BATS?

I dont have any and have been using bats for at least 5 years from an admin level and a broker level Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BATS solving and how is that benefiting you?

Bats acts as a CRM, Order / Quote tracker, Shipping manager, Reporting manager. We run a whole auto transport company on bats. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
