## About BatchGeo
BatchGeo is the easiest way to get your list of addresses on a map. Since 2006 BatchGeo has hosted millions of maps for Fortune 50 companies, non-profits, and individuals. The idea behind BatchGeo is most geographic data is stored in some sort of spreadsheet, list, or simple table (ex: Excel, CSV, Google Spreadsheets, etc.) So its optimized for those formats, making it super easy to drag in or copy/paste your tabular data into a map. Once your data is mapped the real fun begins. Your data points are spread out on an easy to navigate Google Map. Data can be color coded by groups or ranges, or even heat mapped. If routing is what you are interested in, BatchGeo can give you optimized routes for up to 23 points at a time. This ensures you don't waste time when visiting your customers. Finally, if you want to share your map it's easy to do. You can choose if your map is to be secured (password protected) or generally available to the public. BatchGeo can even be used for a store locator for your website.

 ### 1. Easy to use and fast loading.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Transportation/Trucking/Railroad | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 17, 2021

**What do you like best about BatchGeo?**

They are quick on making the map and decipher my spreadsheets to get the most accurate depiction of the data.

**What do you dislike about BatchGeo?**

I don't like the autozoom in and out on some maps if I want the big picture.

**What problems is BatchGeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am able to show clients exactly where their hires come from on a map and help decipher new hiring locations and areas they can work on.

 ### 2. Great tool for visual updates

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Telecommunications | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2021

**What do you like best about BatchGeo?**

BatchGeo allows me to map out project areas so that I can perform my job responsibilities more efficiently. Without BatchGeo I would be spending a lot of time putting together other visual aids. BatchGeo assists me in communicating with my team as well as other stakeholders. It is quick and efficient, allowing for changes to be easily implemented.

**What do you dislike about BatchGeo?**

I am trying hard to find something I don't like. Sometimes the automated clusters are not exactly how I would group them. When I have multiple points in one area, it would be nice to be able to highlight those in a pop out.

**Recommendations to others considering BatchGeo:**

BatchGeo is a great resource to use. If you are hesitant about jumping into going Pro, try uploading one of your spreadsheets. I think you will find that BatchGeo has a lot to offer.

**What problems is BatchGeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

BatchGeo provides assistance for resource allocation by showing areas that are close together. I use this to schedule logistics. It also provides a quick way to reallocate resources when tasks are completed earlier than expected.
Color coding provides me a way of providing a visual update on project status. Stakeholders really like the quick visual that the map provides.

 ### 3. Mapping data is always a win-win

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2021

**What do you like best about BatchGeo?**

Visualizing client data with the ability to compare and contrast a lot of information is hugely helpful. I have used BatchGeo for data visualization both personally and professionally over the years. Working with almost 200 clients annually, knowing how close they all are to each other, how they compare to each other based on size and product usage, is perfect for decision-making and sharing info with colleagues. I love that it all starts with a spreadsheet because that's very easy to maintain.

**What do you dislike about BatchGeo?**

I occasionally have to start over with a new map because I left the link up for too long and didn't actually revisit the page, but since it's based on spreadsheets I can save a Google Sheet and recreate any time.

**What problems is BatchGeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Knowing who I have or have not visited in person within a year, knowing who is on what level of software and comparing by region, being able to visit one client and know easily who is nearby at the same time, and being able to use this information for myself but also share with others!

**Reviewed by:** Joseph K. | Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 19, 2021

**What do you like best about BatchGeo?**

I use BatchGEO all the time for quick, temporary maps to help visualize my sites and data. It's really just as easy as copy/pasting a simple excel table with your addresses. You can can add labels and data, and then once your map is generated, you can quickly filter based on data labels. Very quick very easy. Also, I save all of my BatchGEO maps for later use. I really like sharing them with colleagues as well.

**What do you dislike about BatchGeo?**

Not much to dislike, especially if you have the paid version.

**What problems is BatchGeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We manage properties and select new sites. It's good to visualize your own assets and where they are (surprising that we as a company didn't already have that technology). It's also helpful to visualize your competition and see where they are.

 ### 8. Pretty Solid Tool for Lead Mapping

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 24, 2021

**What do you like best about BatchGeo?**

The ease of uploading my data with drag and drop was great. Much easier than uploading to Google Maps.

**What do you dislike about BatchGeo?**

The price is pretty high for something I can do with Google maps. The process is more straightforward with BatchGeo, but I'm not sure if having fewer clicks in the upload process is worth $99 per month.

**What problems is BatchGeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I sell dealership territories. Knowing where my leads are located allows me to focus my sales efforts on qualified leads in available territories rather than using my time to manually search each lead and compare it to territories already sold.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Angelica C. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 05, 2020

**What do you like best about BatchGeo?**

For starters, I work in sales and I am 99% in the field. This tool allows me to route my day effectively and organize the accounts I need to visit, that is so efficient it maximizes my productivity. I love that I can access it both on my PC and cell phone (real time). I can physically see where I am in relation to my accounts.

**What do you dislike about BatchGeo?**

Nothing, my work provides several tools and I never use them because none of them (and I have tried so many, before finding this) measure up to batch geo.

**Recommendations to others considering BatchGeo:**

Best routing and mapping tool to have in your pocket. Also allows you use labels for accounts ex:A , B stores, when prioritizing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David F. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 22, 2020

**What do you like best about BatchGeo?**

Easy to upload excel file with the location data. Easy to send the link to the map to colleagues or embed on your website. This has allowed us to easily show the number of incredible Solidarity Economy efforts happening all over the South. Very simple editing tool and very easy to edit the data once it is put in. The best part of all: It's totally free to create and share maps using BatchGeo!

**What do you dislike about BatchGeo?**

If no one clicks on your map for awhile, they try to have it deleted. The interface is simple and straightforward, but could use some designing to help make it more user-friendly. If there was a way to integrate with Google Sheets, for example, that would be amazing.

**Recommendations to others considering BatchGeo:**

Try it out!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Environmental Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2021

**What do you like best about BatchGeo?**

I like that i can plot locations on the map to aid with visualisation of certain activities with respect to location.

Ease of use, multiple applications, and best of all: IT'S FREE!

**What do you like best about BatchGeo?**

When we wanted to make the switch from a free to paid account, they were great about walking us through which level of service we would need and explaining how to merge accounts from individuals to the organization. The drag and drop of the Excel sheet into the platform makes it incredibly easy to use. I have never notice any of the maps not working since we switched to a paid version.

**What do you dislike about BatchGeo?**

I really don't have any, but if I have to list something, I guess it would be that it's a vaster platform than I may have thought and I don't know that I'm using it to it's capacity.

Nothing to dislike...except maybe the pain and suffering I went through before I found you guys all those years ago!

**What do you dislike about BatchGeo?**

It's great for viewing on the web. I wish there was a prettier way to export maps for printing, but maybe I'm too "old school" and should appreciate the digital value it provides.

**What problems is BatchGeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest advantage of BatchGeo is the speed. It really helps us quickly plot facility locations, employee zip codes, completed lease transactions, etc. We still may create manual maps for various presentations, but when we want a quick visual aid, this does the job so well!

**What do you dislike about BatchGeo?**

No aspects of the website and services have provided issus so far

**What problems is BatchGeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

**Reviewed Date:** August 24, 2021

**What do you like best about BatchGeo?**

the ease of this software. i tried several others and batch geo was the most efficient and helpful to achieve what i was doing

**What do you dislike about BatchGeo?**

Changing the formatting and color to show the most saturated areas for the heat map was a bit confusing.i had to play around with it a bit until i got it so this could definitely be an opportunity for improvement

**What problems is BatchGeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

able to visually support my data to make my points and arguments to change company policies more easily digestible as well as more persuasive

 ### 35. Best mapping service!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cassandra M. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 15, 2020

**What do you like best about BatchGeo?**

I love how easy Batchgeo is to use! I can just copy and paste my location, save them under whatever name is easiest for me to keep track of, and i'm done! I love that they also send an email to you with the link to your locations, instead of just a one time search on their site.

**What do you dislike about BatchGeo?**

Not much I dislike. Sometimes the first address will not show on the map for some reason, but I just add it again at the end of the list and I am usually good to go

**Recommendations to others considering BatchGeo:**

Use it! So simple and easy!

**What problems is BatchGeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use BatchGeo to help me staff/recruit at my job. It is so nice to be able to match people to locations close to them and bundle locations if I have more than one territory to cover.

 ### 36. SO HELPFUL!!!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Religious Institutions | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 02, 2021

**What do you like best about BatchGeo?**

I love that you can include the name associated with the address. It is much easier to connect the info with a name, rather than an address. The best update is that the addresses are auto fill. We have people who live on streets that are North or South but they neglect to provide (or even know) that this a required field for mapping sites.

**What do you dislike about BatchGeo?**

My project has 450 addresses so I would love to have a large input capacity. I can break the sections to get the # down but I would love that flexibility. It could be helpful for the system to alter you that there are addresses/plot points outside/off the current screen so you don't forget anyone.

**What problems is BatchGeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am SOOOOO thankful that found BatchGeo because in 2 steps I can map my who group without "presorting". This saves me so much time! By inputting/plotting so many addresses at once I can see the clusters of people and outliers to determine how many helpers I need.

 ### 37. User friendly platform

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ana Patricia Fanjul Alemany F. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2020

**What do you like best about BatchGeo?**

The platform is user friendly and intuitive, providing free access to the content I needed. Information is available at a postal code level, which is great but I get the feeling not all the relevant information I needed was included in the graphic. As an example, the north of Spain was particularly well covered while the south of Spain had far less data points. When comparing the results to the same search in other sites, the results differed a bit. Nevertheless, the fact that the data was available at a postal code level was very much appreciated and provided a level of detail few other free resources have achieved. Overall, I am very happy with the service granted and with the degree of granularity of the data.

**What do you dislike about BatchGeo?**

The ability to download the maps in more formats. Excel and other office formats would be particularly useful. Furthermore, coverage seemed to vary geographically. The demographical breakdown was particularly useful, and it would have been great to be able to access it as well on an excel file. Finally, the coverage for the particular search I made seemed to be more accurate in the north than in the south of the country, though I would expect this result to vary depending on the search made. Overall, it was a great resource to have access to.

**Recommendations to others considering BatchGeo:**

To make their searches as specific as possible and, if possible, double check with other platforms to complement their data.

Take advantage of the granularity of the data, of the information provided and of the community of experts behing BatchGeo. I did not have to contact the support team and, thus, cannot value their service, but if necessary, make sure to contact them.

**What problems is BatchGeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Displaying geographical information for the Spanish territories. The main benefit was access to a free user friendly platform.

 ### 38. So easy for property portfolios!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Frank F. | COO, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 05, 2021

**What do you like best about BatchGeo?**

I look at property portfolios all the time, and getting a quick overview of all the locations at once for a quick analysis, or pitch decks, etc is really helpful (and it's free!)

**What do you dislike about BatchGeo?**

I think it's a great product, I don't dislike anything.

**What problems is BatchGeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm solving two problems: First is that when I get a spreadsheet of property locations, say at least ten, in one minute I can drop them in BatchGeo and get an immediate feel for the portfolio. Are they close together, and thus easy to service? Are they off main thoroughfares? I can immediately know if it's worth doing a deeper dive. Later on, when I want to pitch it to investors, having an eye-candy map with all the locations is a complete must.

 ### 39. Great Mapping

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 18, 2021

**What do you like best about BatchGeo?**

Simplicity of loading accounts into the system.

**What do you dislike about BatchGeo?**

Mapping doesn't always work as it should (right addresses but wrong location on the map).

**Recommendations to others considering BatchGeo:**

Make sure you have your accounts in excel for easy upload

**What problems is BatchGeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to optimize routes has been able to save a lot of time. The app is very useful.

 ### 40. Easy to use and I like all the options it offers for my mapping.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kimberly S. | Executive Secretary, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 26, 2021

**What do you like best about BatchGeo?**

Easy to use. I can find all of what I need in just a few clicks. I also like that I can choose options for viewing my maps in whatever way is going to be most useful for that situation.

**What do you dislike about BatchGeo?**

I would like to be able to see two different maps side by side or one on top of the other so I can compare the data easier. If this is already an option I don't know where or how to do that, so I would like that to be made more available.

**What problems is BatchGeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can use it to map out all my current clients so my employees can visit them on a more regular basis.

 ### 41. Great tool for mapping and exporting to Google Earth

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dominik W. | Senior Civil Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 17, 2021

**What do you like best about BatchGeo?**

BatchGeo allows you to copy and past a table of coordinates from an Excel spreadsheet for mapping. No registration required. You get the link to the map within minutes.

**What do you dislike about BatchGeo?**

Nothing to dislike. BatchGeo met all my needs.

**What problems is BatchGeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

BatchGeo allowed me to quickly map points on the map from a table of coordinates.

 ### 42. Useful to visualize client data

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 17, 2021

**What do you like best about BatchGeo?**

It's easy to upload a spreadsheet from our database and get a visual and helpful map to look at client data.

**What do you dislike about BatchGeo?**

I wish it were easier to export different map views.

**What problems is BatchGeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are learning how far our clients live from our locations and can plan marketing efforts as well as expansion efforts.

 ### 43. Usefull but not all the time!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gustavo D. | Sales executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 19, 2021

**What do you like best about BatchGeo?**

Easy to use, fast and reliable. It helped me visualize all my customers and my leads geographically.

**What do you dislike about BatchGeo?**

Most of the use is one time only, you visualize the map, and that's it.

**What problems is BatchGeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm using it to draw, on a map, a sheet of customers and leads, and from that, form strategies.

 ### 44. Extremely easy to use, robust, and team-friendly

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Transportation/Trucking/Railroad | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 18, 2021

**What do you like best about BatchGeo?**

BatchGeo has been an excellent way to visualize multiple locations on a map and can quickly map thousands of pins.

**What do you dislike about BatchGeo?**

It would be great to have more complex relationships between addresses. This could include routing multiple pins, or visualizing the distance between pins through radial zones.

**What problems is BatchGeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mapping warehouse and distribution locations

 ### 45. Perfect tool for field operations!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Robert M. | M, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2021

**What do you like best about BatchGeo?**

Cross-format compatibility.

Browser/Mobile were the main formats I used for the app. Which were both incredibly easy to navigate and export data from.

From filtering functions, to colour coded areas sorted by everything from zip-code to sales performance, as long as you format correctly within Excel.

Would recommend to anyone or any business wanting to enable its field operatives to locate all their accounts in one place.

A true competitor against the realm of Google without a doubt!

**What do you dislike about BatchGeo?**

The app does occasionally shut down and exporting on mobile Excel to the app isn’t available at this time, which can sometimes be annoying - but wouldn’t say they let the app down massively.

**What problems is BatchGeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

An added extra is having location services turned on whilst using the app on mobile. I was able to find a nearby account location after a morning appointment was cancelled without any stress at all!

 ### 46. Very intuitive and easy to use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Laura R. | UX Researcher, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2021

**What do you like best about BatchGeo?**

I liked how simple the tool is for the goal I needed to achieve. I was excited when I managed to do something that I had been trying to do for days. The way to enter the data and make the map is quick and without problems, in a short time I was able to reach my goal. It was all very easy and fast! We saw that several people from all over the world were impacted by our work in a short time with this tool.

**What do you dislike about BatchGeo?**

More cluster possibilities, as there are only 10. I think this could be easily resolved, it is not something that would make me stop buying the product. Moreover, I would like to be able to see how many people from that state are represented visually.

**Recommendations to others considering BatchGeo:**

The trial mode tool is very good, but I think the paid version is better. It is worth thinking if it is worth investing in the tool if your case is to produce several maps during the year.

**What problems is BatchGeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was able to show a group of people how we were taking information around the world. It was amazing! This gave a lot of motivation to the people on the team because we were not sure who we are reaching with our work. The tool was easy to achieve this feat.

 ### 47. Great way to visualize our global customer base

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Richard R. | Global Commercial Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 16, 2021

**What do you like best about BatchGeo?**

I like how simple it is to upload and view my clients, it also helps in presentations to show our global footprint

**What do you dislike about BatchGeo?**

I don't have any downsides so this question is really hard to answer and maybe should be removed or less words expected of it. It is very tricky to accurately give your view on something when you don't have said view. My overall experience is very positive and my team have also enjoyed a great experience. It has been extremely impressive to my board and CEO too

**What problems is BatchGeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

city by city planning - this visual view of our clients allows us to focus resource in the right place in real time. This has also helped me manage the expectations of my CEO and to help him understand why we are working in various regions of the earth and not others

 ### 48. BatchGeo is great

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Recommendations to others considering BatchGeo:**

Recommended for mapping your clients

We use it to map our students around the school site to assist us better to get the best location possible

 ### 49. Contract Manager Landscaping - Life save planning works

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kyle G. | Contract Manager (Grass), Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2021

**What do you like best about BatchGeo?**

The ease of the uploading of different sites. The way it plots them all on a map. It makes planning a route so much easier than just trying to do this on google maps. I literally spent days and days trying to do what this app can do in the matter of munities. It is very user friendly and really does make life easier.

The best upside to this is that unlike other apps out there this is by far the easiest to use and I would recommend this to any one working in the same industry as my self. In my opinion there is nothing out there that can compare to this app.

I feel that the developers have looked at what is out there and made a piece of software which is unbeatable.

It is literally the most simple piece of software to use

It's usability is unreal anyone with little computer knowledge could use it.

**What do you dislike about BatchGeo?**

I don't like that sometimes it says that some post codes are in America. Sometime if your addresses are formatted in a certain way it does not upload correctly or if the postcode is new it some times doesn't recognise these. Not sure if you guys have a mobile app if not this would be great to be able to log in and use this. There is almost nothing atall i do not like about this piece of software

**Recommendations to others considering BatchGeo:**

Give it a try. I think there is a free trial so try it you will not be disapointed.

**What problems is BatchGeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am solving the need to work out the shortest distance between sites. This has created rounds to be done more efficiently therefore our client is happier. Another reason for this is to show the fastest way between sites. I notices that some staff drove the long way to site. I could then monitor this improving productivity of my teams. I also used this to plan my own day working over a vast area of the uk and having meetings all over the place and site visits I would use this to not only plan my guys work but plan my own day sing the most efficient route making sure I was always home at a reasonable time.

 ### 50. Invaluable planning tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hunter C. | Automation Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 18, 2021

**What do you like best about BatchGeo?**

Importing data is easy, and the app is good at recognizing fields.

**What do you dislike about BatchGeo?**

Occasionally the pin isn't accurate, although this is hard to avoid with any mapping system.

**Recommendations to others considering BatchGeo:**

No further recommendation. The product does what it says.

**What problems is BatchGeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes the process of planning routes with many (20-40) stops easy and efficient.
