I like Basware's seamless integration with SAP, including SAP S4HANA, which lets multiple SAP instances connect easily. The intuitive user interface makes it simple for new team members to start using accounts payable with minimal training. I also appreciate the smart coding feature for non-PO invoices, using AI to automatically code things like GL accounts and cost centers, which reduces accounts payable touch points. The smart matching feature effectively handles three-way matchings for various types of purchase orders. Additionally, the standard SAP connectors made the initial setup very easy, reducing IT involvement and allowing the finance team to drive the project. Right now, there's nothing specific. However, there's an area where Basware can improve, which is the non-PO coding, specifically for multiline invoices. While it's currently in development, automating the coding for multiline invoices would be beneficial for us and other customers. For single line invoices, it's working perfectly, but faster automation for multiple lines would be a big benefit for large firms like ours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
