What do you like best about Basware?

I really appreciate Basware's quick help and clear instructions. The tool 'BaswareOne' is easy to use, and I can access it to easily review invoice delivery statuses. It's very convenient because Basware is reachable 24/7 via their ticketing system, which is straightforward to use. The communication from the Basware team has been clear, especially during the development stage, and they've provided detailed guidance on what needs to be done for UAT, which is really helpful. What do you dislike about Basware?

I'm not sure who is the KAM on Basware side for our company and sometimes I'm sending direct emails blind without receiving a response or waiting very long for it. It would be great to get the information if there is a direct KAM we can reach out to or if we always need to use the ticketing tool or contact form online. Sometimes our questions are not related directly to existing service but to questions about extending the service or setting up a new one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Basware solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Basware for enhancing our input XML files and invoice sending via Peppol. The 24/7 ticket system is easy to use, and BaswareOne lets me review invoice statuses quickly, helping me act fast if issues arise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
