What do you like best about Basis?

What I love most about Basis is its ability to centralize all our operational and financial data in a single automated environment. Specifically, I would highlight the seamless integration with our CRM and accounting software. This has drastically improved my workflow: instead of spending days manually consolidating spreadsheets, the automatic data synchronization saves me dozens of hours of repetitive work each month. Additionally, an unexpected benefit I've discovered is how agile and secure it is to share dashboards directly with investors, thanks to its excellent granular permission options. What do you dislike about Basis?

Regarding Support and Onboarding, the initial learning curve is quite steep: mastering all the AI/Intelligence capabilities requires time and intensive training, especially for team members with a less technical profile. In terms of UI/UX, the interface can feel a bit overwhelming at first due to the data density, and some advanced modeling settings require too many clicks to find. Lastly, although the integrations with global systems are excellent, connecting niche tools or highly localized accounting software remains a rigid process that could be streamlined.
