No downsides that we've experienced so far! All products have worked to our expectations, and support is always there if we can't figure something out. Support is easy to reach as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Barracuda for MSPs solving and how is that benefiting you?

The problems we have solved are better-managed firewalls that suits our client's needs. The rmm product is by far the best we have used and/or reviewed. The email security products are top-notch as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
