Once you have your system set up, navigating through the different components is a breeze. It’s easy to keep updated as vendors, pricing, and customer needs change. You can choose from existing reports or create custom reports that look and behave exactly the way you need them to. Setting up and applying shelf labels is also very straightforward.
Creating a catalog for your customers couldn’t be simpler. You just upload pictures of your products, plug them into one of the custom reports you’ve created, and you’re ready to publish a professional-looking catalog that anyone could use. You also get training hours, which helps a lot when you have questions or want the support team to walk you through something so you fully understand what you need to do. The support team is very helpful and explains the process in a way that’s easy to follow.
The AI feature is great as well. You can ask questions and the system provides step-by-step guides, which makes it easier to figure out what you need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The main downfall of the system is that it’s set up with only one way of doing things. If you need it to behave even slightly differently, you have to pay a significant amount for their operating teams to create or modify the components you want to change. They also have to run tests to make sure those changes won’t cause permanent damage to the database. After they complete the changes you paid for, you’re then required to sign an Edit Transaction Feature Waiver and Assumption of Risk, Full Indemnification & Limitation of Liability, Exclusion from Standard Support, and Paid Remediation.
