What do you like best about Bank Parser?

The speed and accuracy are impressive — most bank statements convert in under 30 seconds. I built this tool because I was

frustrated with generic PDF converters that couldn't handle Chase or Wells Fargo formats properly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bank Parser?

Currently supports only 4 US banks (Chase, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Capital One). Regional banks and credit unions

aren't supported yet. Also, scanned PDFs don't work — only digital/native PDFs.

What problems is Bank Parser solving and how is that benefiting you?

Manual data entry from PDF bank statements was eating up hours every week. Clients send PDF statements when bank feeds

disconnect or for historical data, and typing transactions manually is tedious and error-prone.

Bank Parser eliminates this completely — upload PDF, get Excel in 30 seconds. The QuickBooks integration means I can

import directly without reformatting columns or cleaning up data.

Time saved: 2-3 hours per client with multiple statements. Accuracy improved because there's no manual typing errors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
