What do you like best about Balance?

It is easy to extract the exact information that I need to be able to make spending decisions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Balance?

I find myself wanting to change the size of columns on the screen and I can't do that. Yet? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Balance:

If your managers, directors, and principals complain about not being able to get access to information about their budget, buy this product. It will change that paradigm without creating a new workload for central office staff. If they really want to manage their budget, this tool will let them do it with minimal training!!! What problems is Balance solving and how is that benefiting you?

I always know exactly what the status of my spending is as compared to plan. I know whether we are overspending or underspending in any given account line and can transfer funds appropriately to ensure maximum service for the dollars allocated to my department.
