Baden Bower has been excellent at communicating with me every step of the way. They’ve been very clear about how and where the stories will be seen. I’ve had plenty of opportunities to review the stories and help refine them along the way. They’ve also been timely and efficient in their work, and they do what they say they’re going to do.
