Previously, Backupify was excellent, however since it was aquired by Kaseya, while the tool itself is as good as it has ever been, the management experience has been a disaster. We have constant billing issues, with different staff constantly being assigned to our account, resulting in everything getting messed up repeatedly. As many times as it has been promised to be rectified, our accounting department has had equal numbers of opportunities to gripe about how it is not. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
