What do you like best about Backblaze Computer Backup?

As a small business owner, Backblaze was a breeze to sign up and set up. It works well with our QNAP NAS, which we use to store our photography. Customer service was helpful when I had questions. I would recommend! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Backblaze Computer Backup?

I haven't had any dislikes to date, although it was slightly challenging to distinguish pricing until after our initial month of using this backup service. I did reach out to customer service with questions, and they did a great job answering. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Backblaze Computer Backup solving and how is that benefiting you?

The pricing is very competitive and Backblaze filled the hole we had for offsite backup. Not having to run any client software on our individual MAC computers was solved by implementing a QNAP NAS which worked seamlessly with Backblaze to make things efficient.
