What do you like best about Backblaze Computer Backup?

It's transparent to me. It seems to work. I never tried to do a restore, but they swallowed a whole lot of data from my PC. Took a while, but now the incremental changes are super quick and do not seem to affect my performance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Backblaze Computer Backup?

User interface could use some improvement, but nothing terrible. In terms of the larger product, I'd love if they had better sample script for use with something like Duplicity rather than making us write scripts. Something that pre-cans the standard 24 hourly, 7 daily, 4 weekly, 12 monthly, etc. This can be written up by us, but it would be nice if there was some hand holding. What problems is Backblaze Computer Backup solving and how is that benefiting you?

Once it's set up, it's "set it and forget it", which is very valuable to me. I don't want to have to think about backups, and with this product, I don't much have to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
