A couple of things, which I think could each fit into different aspects of this question. One is the team behind the program; They are very communicative and open to feedback, they genuinely want to know what you use the app for, what you don't use, what works and what just sucks about it. Very fast response time as well, seems the app is constantly undergoing improvements. Second is the ease of ordering, there's a lot that goes into it that I won't break down completely, but being able to scroll through products and build my orders, then simply send them has saved tremendous amounts of time and keeps me on the floor instead of in the cage. Lastly and honestly an overlooked part of the app - that I feel under the right execution could play a larger role - would be the Shift Notes; pretty much flashcards with information on a wine, spirit or beer, including brief descriptions or taste profiles, as well as abv, vineyards, etc Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Trying to be objective here, as a lot of my dislikes are personal preference or job application issues, meaning they probably wouldn't be an issue for most people, but a few are: reports could be cleaned up a little, made a little more customizable or more detailed, they are very bare bones at the moment. Speed is always one thing, the internet connection is sometimes spotty, and though the offline count works for the most part it seems it still lags just a fraction of a second, though custom sort inventory export has made it possible to count to sheet now. Only other dislike would be the constant logging out of the app - which I am assuming is due to the constant under the hood updates happening to it. I could write a whole lot more about this program/app, almost all of it positive, but will keep it short here. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
