When you update the program, it is not available to use on the first site I built in B12. The product has high promises of merging AI with human design. Unfortunately, it would appear that what they are delivering is a couple of pre-done templates that their "AI" auto selects for you, then you need to pay a designer (by the hour) to customize it. To make matters worse, unlike a traditional design shop, they are restricted by the templates they have, so they really cannot do anything truly custom. The result looks amateurish. I was able to get a much better website using Square Space at a fraction of the cost and time. **What do you dislike about B12 AI Website Builder?** I had big hopes of partnering with B12 on building websites for my business. In talking with one of their account managers, he had promised a high-touch, very custom solution. Unfortunately, after paying them, the account manager disappeared and passed me off to their automated system, which did an abysmal job. To make it look professional, they kept on asking me to pay one of their designer's time. In summary, they are all talk, but lite on the dilivery. After a brief online meeting focusing on my company, our services, and our goals, they made us a beautiful website. They also do our SEO, and it has been very effective. The new clients I've acquired directly through our website have paid for B12's services above and beyond. **What do you dislike about B12 AI Website Builder?** On occasion, the replies I receive when I email support lack the depth and detail I would like to see. They have a team of people that respond to their support requests, and most of them are really great, but sometimes one of them seems like they are in a hurry when they reply and are trying merely to quickly knock out a ticket. **What problems is B12 AI Website Builder solving and how is that benefiting you?** We had a very old website that wasn't effectively bringing in new clients, and our search engine ranking was very poor.
