I use Axxon One as our core video management system to centralize and streamline our security and surveillance operations. I like its AI-powered analytics and smart forensic search for real-time threat detection and quickly finding events in recorded footage. It also helps me manage camera feeds and automate incident responses, so the team doesn’t have to monitor everything manually. What I like most is its scalability and flexibility. It handles cameras from different vendors, and I can add cameras without overhauling our architecture as our operations grow. I found the initial setup and configuration a bit of a learning curve. Getting custom alerts dialed in and managing resource use across lots of high-resolution camera feeds takes some fine-tuning at first, and not everyone is a tech wizard. I’d like deeper setup articles, more videos showing how to use it, and a pop-up or chat support option that can show the right information on screen so I can get things done quickly.
