I like the UI interface for both the admin and client in Axway Managed File Transfer (MFT). It's easy to use because one server or application can handle many protocols like SFTP, FTP, and HTTP. The operational team finds it helpful because of this, and the client doesn’t need to install additional software, just a browser. The scheduling transfer feature and the ability to maintain and track file transfers easily stand out to me. For the admin, seeing service maintenance status is straightforward, and for the client, transferring files with just a web browser is excellent. The UI/UX is also excellent, making the operation and client interaction with the system easy. Overall, for the application, I would give it a 9 out of 10, as it's easy to use for both operations and clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I find the license subscription summary lacking because it only counts total license use without showing which account consumes the most licenses. I also feel that the price is too expensive for middle-class to lower companies, even though it's easy to use for operations and clients. Additionally, setting up an enterprise cluster can be quite difficult compared to standalone or standard clusters. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
