I appreciate that Axeptio is easy to use, especially for someone like me who isn't a tech expert. Setting up the tool is quick and has never been an issue, even with updates and changes. I particularly like the quality of the cookie banner. It is aesthetically pleasing, responsive, and independent of a site's CSS, which is a plus for me. From a user experience perspective, this banner is reassuring and facilitates the acceptance of tracking policies, which I consider the best option on the market. As a free user of Axeptio, I find the limitation on the number of users under the free plan a bit bothersome. It could be intimidating for sites with growing traffic, even though I understand the intention is to charge users for the product. It might be useful to receive a notification when the user limit is reached, although I'm not sure if this feature is offered and I have never reached this limit myself.
