It's easy to set up and explain to clients and It's fast to restore deleted files. **What do you dislike about Axcient x360Sync?** Any big product has its downsides. This one comes from the mobile app. Updates are infrequent, and often bug-inducing. Bugs take a long time to fix, making the app a less-than-desirable selling feature. Major updates are infrequent, but they do squash bugs. This can take time as support can take a while to chase down the issue and get development on it. **What problems is Axcient x360Sync solving and how is that benefiting you?** This solution enables us to ensure our client's data is protected and available at a moment's notice. Also, the number of lost files/information due to physical loss of copy has now been eliminated.
