What do you like best about AWS Bedrock?

The unified API makes it very easy to experiment with, and switch between, industry-leading models like Anthropic Claude, Meta Llama, and Amazon Titan without having to rewrite application logic. Since it runs natively inside AWS, IAM access controls, VPC endpoints, and KMS encryption work right out of the box. That setup helps ensure private company data isn’t used for public model training. What do you dislike about AWS Bedrock?

The default on-demand throughput quotas can feel restrictive in some regions, especially during peak traffic spikes, which may force you to request quota increases or switch to purchasing provisioned throughput. Also, the web playground is fairly basic and doesn’t offer as much depth as a dedicated developer sandbox. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is AWS Bedrock solving and how is that benefiting you?

It removes much of the operational overhead involved in provisioning, patching, and scaling dedicated GPU infrastructure for generative AI workloads. By using Bedrock Knowledge Bases and serverless APIs, we were able to deliver reliable RAG search features and AI-assisted workflows in weeks rather than months, while still maintaining strict data governance.
