This platform is very simple and also enough for our cross-functional teams to adopt quickly without any heavy onboarding, yet it is very powerful to manage tasks, timelines and workloads efficiently. Their project timelines, task dependencies and workload planning features are aligned with our team for tracking and soon. **What do you dislike about awork?** Though this awork covers the core of project management needs precisely, some advanced customisation and reporting capabilities are a bit limited when compared to more complex tools. Integration with certain third-party platforms can also be expanded to fit into larger tech stacks. **What problems is awork solving and how is that benefiting you?** Awork helps us to centralise the project planning, task management, and team collaboration all in one place. I found it good you can do project management, team planning, and time tracking in one place. **What do you dislike about awork?** At some point, I may require updating an account on a project or checking the project list, or setting time for work, all these are pretty much restricted when offline at a work. **What problems is awork solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has simplified my approach towards each of my ventures through the provision of a central point that I can crash all of my project-related resources. The work assigning and tracking the work status features are outstanding of this platform. Makes you to manage and distribute the work equal to your emplayees. And keeps them engaged. Project complete task routing and project management, everything is done in this platform. The integration process with other several tools and application is outstanding and comparitively easy ad helpful. There are also the tools with automation features in it for smooth and easy work management and organisation. Work management will be more easier for you when using or integrated this application to your companies systems or projects. The amazing is its interface, it is well arranged and designed in the most beautiful and attractive way that all the users work with there interest. The data keeping and accessing at anytime will become easy and life will get smooth and less frustrating. **What do you dislike about awork?** The automated charts created in the reports needs some colour which could make it more beautiful, attractive and less dull. Furthermore it is connectable with different other apps via Zapier. It is built in Hamburg, Germany and they have a very smart support team, which needs about 10 minutes to reply to any question by chat. **What do you dislike about awork?** Least helpful is the need to set the own customer as an user to collaborate with him in awork, although at half the costs for the client. An absolute dislike is the main design of the app in purple and light blue colors. The arrangement of buttons appears unstructured, non-hierarchical and random. There's only the possibility to switche the main design to dark mode, but you have no further adaptions. It would be desirable to be able to adapt the appearance of the app to the team's own corporate design. Last but not least, any virtual subdomain name is assigned for the workspace, which is more reminiscent of a fairytale land, but hardly of your own business. You can customize this if you buy the Enterprise variant. But fairytale land congrues with the purple app design. **What problems is awork solving and how is that benefiting you?** Awork offers almost a complete workspace for order processing, human resources planning, checklists, workflows and scheduling. We can easily create and manage the projects and tasks on this software. We can easily track and keep all the files safe. **What do you dislike about awork?** awork should upgrade in its software. the interface could be better. Sometimes is a bit confusing to handle the software.the text editor of this software gets bugs many times. You can view the monthly, weekly and daily view of hours. You can assign tasks to yourself, your team members, make projects and change tasks statuses **What do you dislike about awork?** the stack view of tasks gets difficult to read if the time spent on it was 10 mins, you have to click edit in order to check the time and title for it. A better kanban view is needed on tasks **Recommendations to others considering awork:** Its a good tool for managing time. We can organize customers and assign them projects which is not available in other software. It has a beautiful clear design which allows us quick and easy collaboration. I love the automation. The interface is good to handle. **What do you dislike about awork?** It is difficult to find the right place to add more time to a task. We are not able to tag other users. I feel like priority tags are missing. The web interface consumes a high battery sometimes. The milestone planning is not available, we are not able to assign tasks to milestones. **What problems is awork solving and how is that benefiting you?** The dashboard is clean which helps me keep all our work under control. there are regular feature updates that make the tool always better. The best thing I have seen when we got stuck; we can take help from guides; we have to send our difficulty to the resolution center; it will give us the best solution for our task. ### 10. As usual, most of the problems we had at the beginning were related to the way we use awork or, in other words, our processes that have not clearly been defined.
