What do you like best about AweSun Remote Desktop?

I was looking for another option besides AnyDesk for remote access and tried AweSun on my laptop and desktop. What I liked most was how quickly I could get started. The setup was straightforward, and I was able to connect to my computer without spending much time adjusting settings.

For my everyday use, AweSun has been very practical. I mainly use it to access my PC when I’m away, check files, handle quick tasks, and occasionally help someone remotely. The phone-to-PC access is especially useful when I only have my phone with me. I also like that file transfer is built into the remote access workflow, so I don’t always need to upload files somewhere else just to move them between devices. What do you dislike about AweSun Remote Desktop?

Some parts of the interface could still be easier for new users to understand, especially where to find certain settings. I also think the plan differences and upgrade options could be explained more clearly. Once I used it a few times, it became easier, but a few more simple tutorials would help first-time users. What problems is AweSun Remote Desktop solving and how is that benefiting you?

AweSun helps me stay connected to my computer when I’m not sitting in front of it. It is useful for checking something on my PC, grabbing a file, doing a quick remote task, or helping someone look at an issue without being there in person.

For me, it works well as a practical AnyDesk alternative for everyday remote access. I like that I can start with the basic remote access features and then upgrade later if I need more devices, better performance, or more advanced controls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
