I really like the automations of AVPIA, which cover everything from sending emails to validation, notification, response checking, and interaction. This allows many manual processes that we used to do to now be automated. The support team is quick and teaches in a cordial and patient manner, always trying to meet my demands, even if they are a bit out of the ordinary. The setup was smooth, even though it took longer than expected, which I understand given the number of configurations needed.
