The product is highly flexible and can be easily adapted to our needs. The team on the vendor side (sales, customer success, technical advisors and support) are highly reactive and always available when needed. Its metamodel is highly flexible and can be easily adapted to our specific organisational needs without impacting upgradeability. The Abacus Studio (admin interface of the tool) is a native Windows application. We use it from the Avolution cloud infrastructure which is very convenient as we do not have to manage local installations. It however sometimes is a little bit sluggish to use.
