What do you like best about Avoice?

I use Avoice to manage architectural project information, generate and review specifications, organize materials and schedules, and quickly find answers across project documents. It helps centralize our workflow and reduces time spent searching through files or preparing documentation manually. What I like most is that Avoice brings several architectural workflows into one place. The AI-powered search makes it easy to find answers across project documents, while the specification and material tools reduce repetitive work. It feels built around how architects actually work, which makes it practical and easy to use day to day. The AI-powered search helps me quickly find relevant information across large sets of project documents without opening and checking each file manually. It makes reviewing requirements, confirming details and answering project questions much faster. The specification tools help structure and draft specifications while keeping the content consistent with the project context. The material tools give me one place to organize, compare, and track product information. Together, these features reduce repetitive administrative work and help me make better-informed decisions. What do you dislike about Avoice?

Because Avoice offers many features, the initial learning curve can be a little steep, and some workflows could be more intuitive. Processing larger document sets can also take time. I'd like clearer progress indicators, more onboarding guidance, and greater control over how AI-generated answers and specifications are refined.
