What do you like best about Avetta?

The thing we like most about Avetta is the support we get from its internal teams to enhance our systems and the transition from our manual process went smoothly. Moving everything into one centralized platform standardized our approach across the company, eliminated many manual tasks, and saved significant time. We now manage more than 300 subcontractors with a team of just two. The API integration automatically updates compliance records in our ERP when subcontractors upload insurance documents through Avetta, which has streamlined our workflows, improved visibility, and made documentation quick and easy to access. The Avetta team was also highly responsive and worked closely with us to collect and manage financial information for our subcontractor qualification requirements. What do you dislike about Avetta?

I find Avetta’s pricing quite high for some of our smaller subcontractors. I’d like Avetta to review its pricing and consider a tiered program based on the subcontractor’s size, such as the number of employees or financial position. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
