Listing a property with Avail is easy and professional-looking. Screening tenants and signing e-leases is a snap, and managing rent payments and maintenance requests is user friendly. If Avail had all of the investment tracking capabilities of software like Stessa, it would be the complete package. The new expenses tracker, however, is a great step in the right direction.
