What do you like best about AutoResponder AI?

AutoResponder AI's greatest benefit is the significant time savings it offers on WhatsApp. As I manage numerous customer inquiries and coordination messages for my work, this app automatically responds to frequently asked questions about pricing, delivery status, and FAQs. I can establish keyword-based rules, ensuring that when someone types "price" or "timing," the appropriate reply is sent instantly. The setup process is quite straightforward, even for someone like me who isn't particularly tech-savvy. The free version adequately meets most of my requirements, and I appreciate its compatibility with multiple messaging platforms, including WhatsApp, Telegram, and Instagram. What do you dislike about AutoResponder AI?

There are a few things that could be better. First, the app relies on notification access, which means your phone needs to stay on and connected — if notifications are delayed or the phone restarts, replies can get missed. The UI feels a bit outdated compared to newer apps, and managing multiple rules can get confusing when you have 10+ rules set up. Also, the ChatGPT integration is only available in the paid plan, which is a bit disappointing for small users like me. Sometimes the auto-reply triggers on messages it shouldn't, especially if keywords overlap. But these are minor issues and don't really affect daily use much.
