AutoRecruit enables me to filter out resumes therefore I can concentrate on only the appropriate candidates. This takes off some of the work that I would otherwise be doing such as scheduling interviews and assessing the candidates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

AutoRecruit does not appear to understand subtle differences in a candidate’s background or personality. This has led to persons with the right qualifications not getting a chance for an interview because their CV did not include the specific phrases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
