"Automox Worklets and Cross-Platform Patching Made Easy"

What do you like best about Automox?

Automox is more likely a Patching and configuration management tool which we generally use for patching our servers and endpoints but one think which I really like about them is their worklets capabilities which helps you to create and write custom scripts.

Other thing which I like about them is their cross platform support like windows MacOS and even Linux which help you to easily deploy their light weight agent and then sync the endpoint on management console which is SaaS based. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Automox?

What I don't like about them is unable to manage the Automox using mobile phone so they have limited capabilities, I have seen this feature in Intune but in Automox this is not available.

Apart from that there are still small hiccups like if there any app which are not supported you would have to spend time with Worklets to write custom scripting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Automox solving and how is that benefiting you?

Multiple problem solver no doubt like patch management , software and configuration management and deployment. You can keep the track of inventory where you can get to know hardware and software inventory which is often used by my team specially. Reporting for compliance is another feature which tells missing patches and device status as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
