What do you like best about Automation Consultants?

What do you dislike about Automation Consultants?

Recommendations to others considering Automation Consultants:

Our experience with Automation Consultants was that the more we shared about our challenges, the more they offered guidance to help us overcome them. Early in the project, I clearly defined green, amber, and red lines, which indicated changes that I would approve, those I would consider with caution, and ones that I couldn't accept. What problems is Automation Consultants solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use Atlassian Jira at ClearScore as a workflow tool to capture all requirements and then track them into releases. Over the last 10 years, our Jira setup has evolved organically with numerous projects, workflows and issue types. In short, it became a mess that was reducing productivity. Automation Consultants worked with us to define a target architecture and implemented this for all our teams. We now have a Jira system that is much easier to use, has a project per team and allows us to create a portfolio view that tracks all our epics back to programmes and milestones.
