support, we need the best support. it has to be 24*7 and user friendly. if solutions need to be taken by remote, any desk or team viewer connections should be done. We have been building bots using Automation Anywhere for just over a year now. Though it took some time they are now pretty much stable. The only issues we periodically have to deal with are delays or website changes the bot hits. The product is simple to use and provides a good base of functionality out of the box to cover most automation scenarios. it cut human activities into half and prevents the testing team work into zero.
