The best thing in Automation Anywhere is its ease of use. Its drag-and-drop feature is so good and flexible. Personally, I never found a flaw or problem while integrating with other applications. The one feature I disliked is "while capturing objects through object cloning, sometimes it automatically shuts down the window and captures something else.
