I use it for automating actions in processes, orchestrating actions within different systems and minimizing manual effort in repeating business operations. One problem occurs in case a process is characterized by many exceptions or has changing business rules. In such case, it requires proper configuration and testing since an automated process needs to know how to behave if the situation deviates from the standard scenario.
