I like Autom because the credits never expire, which is really convenient. I also use their API that's a front end on Google search to look up URLs of prospects, and it's quite valuable. The initial setup of Autom was very easy, which I appreciated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find there's too much latency in the UI, which makes it clunky and slow to navigate. This issue almost made me want to switch to a competitor. Using their website and dashboard is difficult because of these problems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
