What do you like best about AutogenAI?

I like that it's tailored to my needs and that when I don't know how to do something, I have an actual person teach me how to do it, rather than being directed to videos. I also love that every time there is an update I have an actual person talking me through it. The customer service is exceptional. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AutogenAI?

There are parts of Claude that aren't part of Autogen. Like when I've done my writing, I then go to Claude to be like "lay this out in InDesign for me in my format". That would be a game changer. We also use Claude to be like "make this text into a chart or graphic". We don't want our tenders to be wall to wall text, but I don't have hours to sit there coming up with a chart or graphic. What problems is AutogenAI solving and how is that benefiting you?

Sooooo many. It's a central hub of knowledge. There's no more "have we written about x, y, z before?" we just upload all our previous tenders and it will tell me where I've written about it before. Also even for checking my spelling and consistency in a tender before I submit it. The biggest time saver is using prompts to do our CVs. It's such a time saver.
