What do you like best about AutogenAI?

the amount of time it saves when preparing tender submissions. It helps turn complex tender requirements into well-structured, professional responses, significantly reducing the time spent on initial drafting.

I particularly value its ability to produce relevant, consistent content that can then be refined and tailored to each opportunity. This allows me to focus more on the strategic aspects of bidding, ensuring our responses are accurate, competitive and aligned with the evaluation criteria.

What do you dislike about AutogenAI?

There is very little I dislike about AutogenAI, although, as with any AI-powered platform, the generated responses occasionally require additional refinement to ensure they fully address the tender requirements and accurately reflect our organisation's capabilities.

At times, the content can be slightly repetitive or generic, meaning some manual editing is necessary to make responses more specific and compelling.

That said, these are relatively minor issues compared with the time savings and efficiencies the platform delivers. Human oversight will always be essential in tender writing, and AutogenAI provides an excellent starting point. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is AutogenAI solving and how is that benefiting you?

AutogenAI is helping us overcome one of the biggest challenges in tendering: the significant amount of time and resources required to produce high-quality, competitive submissions, often within tight deadlines.

Previously, developing detailed responses involved considerable time researching information, reviewing previous submissions and drafting content from scratch. AutogenAI has streamlined this process by helping us generate structured, relevant responses and make better use of our existing knowledge and experience.

The biggest benefit is increased efficiency and productivity. It allows us to manage multiple tender opportunities more effectively, reduce repetitive administrative work and dedicate more time to refining our responses against the evaluation criteria.
