There are many many great things about this program so I will begin with its main functions and move on to the integration features with other programs.

The ability to manage an entire project's coordination effort through one app is seamless. Once you have invited all project managers to your BIM project they have the ability to upload their models with ease. With fully customizable folder layout the project remains organized. All users in the project are able to view models individually through the BIM 360 viewer, while this function isnt great for coordination, it is useful at times which leads me to the integration with other programs.

The best fully integrable program is Navisworks, I am not sure if Manage or Professional is required for use. Freedom simply doesn't have enough features. BIM 360 links directly with Navisworks and allows for seamless coordination by loading models into Navis via the "BIM 360" tab. Once you are logged into your BIM account this process is easier than keeping the files on your computer. Whenever a new model is uploaded to BIM 360 you are notified that a new model is available. Simply refresh and BAM, the new model is uploaded.

The ONLY drawback I have found is that BIM 360 for whatever reason doesn't seem to save your password and username for very long periods of time and there is no option to do so. Because of this, I find myself entering my info at least once or twice a week. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
