We've also taken advantage of the bid forms to focus on qualified proposals, and the built-in messaging system is a great communication tool. We recently started using ProEst, and it's quickly become one of the best estimating tools in the industry. The report versatility is impressive, the platform is fast to implement, and it’s very intuitive to navigate. Our integration representative has been outstanding and truly understands the estimating process. Customer support is also incredibly responsive and solution-oriented. It could have a better clarity. And the images can't be scrolled simply by a click. We use a server currently which can make offsite offices very slow. Adding the cloud allows them to work much faster. **What do you dislike about Autodesk Forma (formerly Autodesk Construction Cloud)?** We've had a lot of bugs with syncing drawings. There are many times that drawings don't sync properly to the cloud and it's caused issues with multiple people working on a project. Also there are times that the drawing doesn't unlock. There is a lot of functionality within ACC but it's very difficult to manage this unless you have a person that does this all the time (adding people, different permissions, etc). We currently have everyone getting access to the project so we don't have to go back and add people at a critical time. I would like to be able to delete projects that are mistakes or just not used. I know it's nice to have them in the archive just in case, but a lot of times these are mistakes in creating the project (example: not using the template). I would like to see the option to add a template to a project created or change a template after it's created. The software is good, but it's not intuitive. I would like to see additional sorting features added. We will have hundreds of drawings that would be easier accessed if we had additional folder to sort. Currently, we archive the project but it's stuck with other projects that are mistakes or just test projects. It allows, through the comparison tool, to review documents and plans accurately. For example, within the management of plans, the different versions of the project are maintained, and if it is necessary to revert to a specific one, the platform allows you to do so without any problem. It allows you to assign tasks in case of project incidents so that colleagues from other specialties can resolve them. Undoubtedly, it is a tool that allows for a quick response to a change, is easy to use, facilitates the visualization of engineering integration, and provides a quick visualization of conflicts between engineering disciplines. We have a very large scale project requiring collaboration between multiple teams and client teams. Using ACC has hugely made the process transparent - bridging files, creating issues, viewer in ACC etc are time saving **What do you dislike about Autodesk Forma (formerly Autodesk Construction Cloud)?** Having a bot integrated within ACC would be super useful. The search endpoint (V3 entities search) that is used in ACC to search for files /folders along with their path. However, disappointed to know that this API endpoint is not available in APS to be leveraged. In other words, only for requests coming from same origin (ACC) this endpoint works, so my app will never be able to leverage the sophisticated search that ACC does. The existing APS endpoints to search are not the same. While they allow search across folders, it never gives the full path for each search results, unless I write another API call for it. **What problems is Autodesk Forma (formerly Autodesk Construction Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?** ACC is where all the drawings are managed and primarily used as collaboration tool between multiple teams. There are an abundance of features that most people don't even know about. It's so advanced that there really is no competition. **What do you dislike about Autodesk Forma (formerly Autodesk Construction Cloud)?** The fact that there is BIM360 AND ACC drives me crazy. Autodesk needs to pick a name and keep it. Having multiple products that do almost all of the same things is unnecessarily confusing. The UI also suffers from having the same things located in different locations and lacks overall clarity and simplicity. I also don't like that it forces a monopoly on the market. I am able to work with people across multiple companies and industries on projects without needing to constantly detach and send models. I use ACC in my job every day, whether that is as an admin creating projects or working in models directly. I also like that models hosted on ACC only will open in the Revit version they were created in, making it much more difficult for someone to upgrade a model by mistake. **What do you dislike about Autodesk Forma (formerly Autodesk Construction Cloud)?** The main issue I have with ACC is the permissions settings. I have teams that upload their sheets to build, markup punch items with issues, and export a report to each of the respective contractors before even leaving site. It does not happen often but correcting the issue can be difficult. An easier sign-in, and a more permanent sign-in would be helpful. Exspecally the Design Colaboration "Swim Lanes" users often end up sharing models that are owned by other consultants if they have been given admin premssions. Every 6 months the server goes down and work comes to a hault. It has gotten better over the years though. **What problems is Autodesk Forma (formerly Autodesk Construction Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?** it creates a centralized place to work in our models. When we worked on the server it was much easier to corrupt models accidentally and it was harder to share models with consultants. ### 46.
