I love the support from the Authgear product team for customizations. Without their support, customization wouldn't be that easy. Customization is essential to many business and they want a native login experience and Authgear do well for that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I hope Authgear can provide more monitoring tools for tracking system performance and user statistics, like failed logins with SMS or biometric authentication. Currently, I have to write scripts to obtain this information from the audit logs. It would be great if Authgear offered more intuitive instruments or visualizations to help make business decisions quickly and present the current product situation easily to management.
