What do you like best about Aura?

Aura offers a robust suite of security features, including identity theft protection, malware scanning, VPN, and dark web monitoring. What I like most is its approach provides solid protection against cyber attacks. I particularly appreciate the ability to monitor for potential data breaches on the dark web, which is a valuable feature for individuals concerned about their personal information. What do you dislike about Aura?

While it is top-notch, what I don't like is that the user interface could be more intuitive. Some settings and features can be difficult to locate, which might be frustrating for less tech-savvy users. Additionally, the mobile app could benefit from a bit more streamlined design to enhance the first impression of clients like myself. I was initially frustrated with the user interface, but Aura has made substantial changes in making it more user-friendly but it needs more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Aura solving and how is that benefiting you?

Aura is primarily solving the problem of our online security. It offers a very good suite of tools to protect users from various threats, including many but my personal favourites are identity theft, malware, and data breaches. Also, Aura has really stepped up its game when it comes to educational resources. You can find a wealth of information on identity theft protection and fraud prevention right within the service.
