"Aumenta’s WhatsApp AI Streamlined Our Sales and Organization"

What do you like best about aumenta.?

Aumenta is really easy to use because the in house AI they implemented for us has its own WhatsApp Business number and corporate gmail. It can receive messages or voice notes through WhatsApp and perform the tasks immediately.

What do you dislike about aumenta.?

Since the in-house AI is very helpful, we’d like it to handle more types of tasks, not just administrative or commercial work. They’re still developing new features, and we’re looking forward to capabilities that can support our business even more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is aumenta. solving and how is that benefiting you?

I’ve been using Aumenta for a year now, and we’ve seen an amazing improvement in commercial organization and productivity.

We’re able to organize clients and prospects, and with the custom in-house AI, we can handle most of the commercial administrative work—like setting up meetings, uploading meeting notes, and doing AI outreach to clients. We can also manage sales, marketing, and tickets within the same software, and the in-house AI they implemented for us is trained to take care of most of that commercial admin work, which makes day-to-day follow-up much easier.
